London Congestion Charge & ULEZ: disability discounts and exemptions

100% exemption from the Congestion Charge, and (via time-limited grace periods) the ULEZ charge, for disabled drivers/vehicles in London

Free; Congestion Charge Blue Badge discount registration costs £10/year

All three ULEZ disability grace periods are due to end in October 2027 unless TfL extends them; after that, non-compliant vehicles driven by disabled people would need to pay the ULEZ charge like anyone else.
