Who qualifies
Automatic with DLA higher-rate mobility, PIP 8+ points for moving around or 10 points descriptor E for planning journeys, registered blind, War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement or AFCS tariffs 1-8. Everyone else is assessed on how journeys between vehicle and destination are affected, including non-visible conditions.
