Who qualifies
Disability-based, assessed by the local council; an IBD diagnosis alone is not an automatic route.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE Worth checking where IBD causes qualifying mobility or other substantial limitations. Since March 2026 the pass also unlocks the Disabled Persons Railcard.
