Warm Berry Compote Yoghurt Bowl
Thick Greek yoghurt topped with a warm berry compote, chia seeds and toasted oats.
Berries provide fibre and polyphenols, while chia seeds add further fibre and unsaturated fats. Greek yoghurt contributes protein and can provide live cultures when a suitable variety is chosen.
