Servings

Quantities update as you change servings — treat scaled amounts as a guide, not an exact measure.

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder, optional
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  2. 2 Add the cottage cheese, eggs, herbs, garlic powder if using and black pepper to a blender or food processor.
  3. 3 Blend until completely smooth.
  4. 4 Pour the mixture onto the lined baking tray and spread into a thin, even rectangle approximately 25 × 30 cm.
  5. 5 Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden around the edges.
  6. 6 Leave to cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes. This helps the wrap firm up and makes it easier to handle.
  7. 7 Carefully peel away the baking paper and cut the wrap in half.
  8. 8 Add your chosen filling, leaving a small border around the edges, then roll or fold and serve.
