Ingredients

- ·½ avocado
- ·Squeeze of lemon juice
- ·2 eggs
- ·1 tsp olive oil
- ·1 tsp harissa paste
- ·Sea salt and black pepper
- ·Optional: chilli flakes, sesame seeds, fresh herbs
