Ingredients
For the chicken
- ·2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- ·1 tbsp olive oil
- ·1 tsp ground cumin
- ·1 tsp paprika
- ·½ tsp garlic powder
- ·Juice of ½ lime
- ·Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the avocado slaw
- ·1 cup shredded cabbage
- ·½ avocado
- ·Juice of ½ lime
- ·1 tbsp olive oil
- ·Small handful fresh coriander, chopped
- ·Pinch salt
To serve
- ·4 small gluten-free corn tortillas

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chicken, cumin, paprika and garlic powder. Cook 8–10 minutes until cooked through.

Squeeze over lime juice and season with salt and pepper.

Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30–60 seconds per side.
